Return Process

  Log in to your Faritha account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
